From conversation to chart

Keep the EHR you use.
Bring a reviewed note.

InnovateMed helps you prepare clinical documentation. You review the draft, choose how to export it, and complete the chart in your existing system.

Everyday charting

Copy and paste

Copy an individual section or the full note from the editor. Paste it into the correct encounter in your EHR and check the formatting.

You select the patient, encounter, and destination field.

A shareable document

PDF export

Download a clinical note or a fuller report from the note editor. Attach the document where your practice workflow supports it.

A PDF is a document attachment, not structured chart data.

For compatible workflows

FHIR JSON export

Download or copy a FHIR-formatted JSON bundle. Your EHR or integration team must confirm how that file can be validated and imported.

Export does not establish a connection or write directly to an EHR.

A clear handoff, every visit.

  1. 01

    Review the source

Compare the note with the encounter transcript and correct any errors or omissions.

  2. 02

    Save your edits

Verify the patient details, clinical text, and code suggestions before saving the sections you edited.

  3. 03

    Complete your chart

Copy or export, confirm the destination patient and encounter, and finalize the record in your EHR.

What about direct integration?

Direct synchronization, automatic patient matching, and chart write-back are not part of the current export workflow. Compatibility with a specific EHR must be confirmed for your practice.

Evaluate it with your team.

Use fictional sample content to check your documentation format. For integration requirements, contact us with your EHR name and the workflow you need; do not include patient information.
